Is anyone planning on visiting The 50+ Show in London over the next three days?

If you have not previously visited The 50+ Show, taking place 11th-13th July at London Olympia, it is all about making the most of your life and leisure and will give you plenty of ideas and experiences.

There are plenty of opportunities to take part in activities – dancing, yoga, t’ai chi, bowls, pilates and even a climbing wall. There are shows and demonstrations including live cookery, ballroom dancing, makeovers and beauty tips and fashion shows. You can visit the seminars to get financial information, tales of real-life adventure, relationship advice and its popular gardening question time. Plus lots of exhibitors from travel companies, holiday and park homes, health care providers, financial advice, energy-saving companies, insurance companies, among others.

Special guests Brian Conley (on Thursday 11th July), Esther Rantzen CBE (on Friday 12th July) and Angela Rippon OBE (on Saturday 13th July) will also be making appearances.
