As we get older our needs change and tasks that were once very easy sometimes get a little harder. Perhaps its opening jars, stepping in or out of the car or getting up the stairs that takes that extra effort. Whatever the issue is you can pretty much rest assured that you are not the only one and that someone, somewhere has devised a solution.
Naidex is the UK’s largest independent living show and over the course of three days around three hundred exhibitors display their latest wares for over 11,000 visitors. Often viewed as trade only exhibition, Naidex is open to all and has an amazing range of aids to help in virtually any situation. From eminently practical shower equipment to wonderfully weird and wacky walking sticks there are plenty of products that can make life a little bit easier.
One of the great benefits of a show like Naidex is the fact that you can see and often try so many different products under one roof. You can also sneak a peek at the many concept products on display well in advance of their retail debuts.
A firm fixture in the Stannah event calendar this show is the place to find the most innovative aids.
Naidex will be opened by Simon Weston OBE at 10am on Tuesday 1 may and runs until 3 May 2012 at the NEC in Birmingham. Entry is free. For more information visit http://www.naidex.co.uk/naidexnational
